We love baking bread here at Cornerhouse. In this class we show you how to mix, prove and bake the perfect dough. We'll make a range of delicious breads including a classic white loaf, seeded dinner rolls, Italian focaccia and a sweet Bara Brith. There will be plenty of baked goodies for you to take home with you at the end of the class.

Includes welcome drink and homemade nibbles, all ingredients, recipe sheets to take home and lunch with wine.
