There's nothing wrong with cockles or laver bread, but there are so many other fantastic and delicious Welsh ingredients on offer. This is modern Welsh cooking using great local produce in contemporary recipes and classic recipes with a little Cornerhouse twist. 

Includes welcome drink and homemade nibbles, all ingredients, recipe sheets to take home and lunch with wine.

Typical things you will make:

Perl Las cheese, Carmarthen ham and puy lentil saladwith spinach and cranberries

Gougeres with parmesan, parsley and Trealy Farm chorizo

Gorwydd cheese, watercress and smoked salmon tartlets

Pan-fried Welsh Sewin with Piedmontese peppers and fennel gratin

Welsh bacon, maple roast butternut squash and quinoa salad with sour cherries and baby salad leaves

Affogato and Amaretti with Coedcanlas honey
