In this class we make delicious fresh pasta and gnocchi from scratch. You’ll learn how to hand roll and machine roll the pasta dough to make tagliatelle, spaghetti, pappardelle, ravioli, farfalle and lasagne.  We make filled pansotti with ricotta and spinach and roast butternut squash gnocchi and serve with a delicious sauce and rocket and parmesan salad.  

Includes welcome drink and homemade nibbles, all ingredients, recipe sheets to take home and lunch with wine.
